Having dedicated a lifetime to pushing the boundaries of glass, Dale Chihuly is showcasing his spectacular glass artworks in his first major garden exhibition in Singapore.
When is the exhibition period and the opening hours?
1 May - 1st August 2021. Operating hours will be from 9am-9pm on weekdays, 9am-10pm on Weekends. Last admission 30 minutes before closing time.
Can I redeem my SingapoRediscover Vouchers (SRV) for this exhibition?
To purchase tickets using your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV), please proceed to Gardens by the Bay's website. SRV vouchers can only be redeemed Conservatories and/or The Complete Experience tickets after early bird sales.
Where are the ticketed entrance points to the exhibition?
The ticketed entrance points are from the Meadows Carpark Entrance (A), Meadows Bridge /Planet sculpture Entrance (B) and the World of Palms Entrance (C).
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, tickets purchased during the early bird sales of 1st April- 20 April will be refunded. For standard ticket sales, they are strictly non-refundable.
I am unable to go on the day I purchased, can I book another day?
If you purchased your tickets on our official website, you will be able to make a 1-time change of date / time reschedule subject to time slot availability.
Can I purchase ticket(s) at the entrance of the exhibition venue?
Tickets are available online via our website or Gardens by the Bay ticketing platform for ticket purchases using SingapoRediscover Vouchers.
Is there a season pass?
The Outdoor Gardens & Gallery Season Pass is valid from 3rd May 2021 – 1st August 2021 only during the weekdays (Mondays to Fridays). Do note that it is limited to one entry per day to Outdoor Gardens & Gallery and subject to time slot availability.
How do I purchase tickets for the workshops?
The tickets to the workshop will be sold on a walk-in basis and can only be purchased in-person at the event.
Are infants / toddlers aged 2 and below allowed to enter the exhibition?
Admission is complimentary for infants and toddlers aged 2 and below.
Are there student/senior discounts for the admission tickets?
Concession rates are available for children aged 3 to 12, as well as seniors aged 60 years and above only.
Is the exhibition area wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchairs (including motorised ones) and seated mobility scooters are allowed at the Gardens.
Can I reschedule my tickets for another date / time in the event of inclement weather such as lightning risk or heavy rain?
The exhibition is a rain or shine attraction. Please seek the nearest shelter in the event of heavy rain and lightning risk.
How much time would it take to go through the whole exhibition?
As a general guide, we estimate spending at least 2-3 hours to cover the entire exhibition if you would like to cover all areas of the exhibition.
Are there any available merchandise on sale?
Yes, merchandise stores will be at Glass in Bloom Exhibition Shop located at Bayfront Plaza & Exhibition Gift Kiosk located at Meadows Bridge /Planet sculpture Entrance B.
Is cycling allowed in the gardens?
Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards and scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. If you are cycling to Bay South Gardens, please secure your bike at the bike stands available and enjoy the Gardens on foot. Cycling is permitted along the waterfront promenade in Bay South Garden and the perimeter of Bay East Garden.
