Who is Dale Chihuly?

Having dedicated a lifetime to pushing the boundaries of glass, Dale Chihuly is showcasing his spectacular glass artworks in his first major garden exhibition in Singapore.

When is the exhibition period and the opening hours?

1 May - 1st August 2021. Operating hours will be from 9am-9pm on weekdays, 9am-10pm on Weekends.

Can I redeem my SRV (Singapore Rediscovers Vouchers) for this event?

The Vouchers can be redeemed as long as you make your ticket purchase directly from the Gardens by the bay website. Do note that SRV vouchers can only be redeemed for full price tickets and not for early bird sales.

Where are the ticketed entrance points to the event?

The ticketed entrance points are from the Meadows Bridge Entrance, Meadows Carpark Entrance and the World of Plants Entrance.

Are visitors required to select a time slot when purchasing tickets? What if I missed my timeslot?

Yes. Due to Covid-19 restrictions at the moment, visitors will be required to apply for tickets with specified time slots to assist us in staggering entry flow and ensuring the safety of all visitors. There will be a grace period of 15 mins to enter the exhibition. If you arrive outside of your scheduled time slot, you may need to wait for the next available time slot which will be subject to availability.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, tickets purchased during the early bird sales of 1st April- 20 April will be refunded. For standard ticket sales, they are strictly non-refundable.

I am unable to go on the day I purchased, can I book another day?

If you purchased your tickets on our official website, you may reschedule within 30 days from booking. Subject to time slot availability.

Can I purchase ticket(s) at the entrance of the exhibition venue?

Tickets may be available at the door but are subject to availability. It would be ideal to get the tickets via this website or to collect the tickets at the authorised agents before the show.

Is there a season pass?

Season pass is valid from 3rd May 2021 – 1st August 2021 only during the weekdays (Mondays to Fridays). Do note that it is Limited to one entry per day to Outdoor Gardens & Gallery and subject to time slot availability.

How do I purchase tickets for the workshops?

The tickets to the workshop will be sold on a walk-in basis and can only be purchased in-person at the event.

What is the maximum number of people that I can go to the event with?

The current maximum number of people per group is 8 pax in accordance with the current Covid-19 Guidelines.

Are infants / toddlers aged 2 and below allowed to enter the exhibition?

Admission is complimentary for infants and toddlers aged 2 and below.

Are there student/senior discounts for the admission tickets?

Concession rates are available for children aged 3 to 12, as well as seniors aged 60 years and above only.

Is the exhibition area wheelchair accessible?

Wheelchairs (including motorised ones) and seated mobility scooters are allowed at the Gardens.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

This event is a rain or shine event.

How much time would it take to go through the whole exhibition?

As a general guide, we estimate spending at least 2-3 hours to cover the entire exhibition if you would like to cover all areas of the exhibition.

Are there any available merchandise on sale?

Yes, merchandise stores will be at Bayfront Pavilion & Flower Fantasy.
