1.
Will Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom remain open during this heighted Covid-19 situation?

The exhibition will remain open with a revised number of visitors per day in accordance with the ever changing Government guidelines. Please refer to our official homepage for the latest updates.

What is the maximum number of people I can visit the exhibition with?

Maximum 5 pax per group in accordance with the current Covid-19 Guidelines.

What if I have purchased tickets for more than 5 persons?

You will need to separate in mini groups of 5 each and maintain at least 1m distancing throughout your visit at the exhibition with no intermingling permitted.

4.
I have purchased tickets for myself and my young children (12 years old and below with a child ticket) who need to be accompanied. We cannot be separated. What shall I do?

Please contact info@chihulyinbloom.com and we will assist in rescheduling your visit for another time when the Safe Measurement Guidelines has been revised.

5.
Are visitors required to select a time slot when purchasing tickets? What if I missed my timeslot?

Yes. Due to Covid-19 restrictions at the moment, visitors will be required to apply for tickets with specified time slots to assist us in staggering entry flow and ensuring the safety of all visitors. There will be a grace period of 15 mins to enter the exhibition, subject to availability.

Will Chihuly: Glass in Bloom Shuttle Service or Gardens Audio Tour featuring Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom be operating?

Due to the Phase 2 Covid-19 restrictions at the moment, these will be suspended till further notice.

7.
Will the Gardens by the Bay shuttle service still be operating?

Gardens by the Bay shuttle service between Bayfront Plaza and Flower Dome remains operational as usual.

8.
Can I cancel my tickets and get a refund due to the heightened Phase 2 COVID-19 alert?

For patrons who purchased tickets via our website after early bird sales, with a selected visit date of 16th May - 13th June (inclusive), you may contact info@chihulyinbloom.com to reschedule your visit date up till 30th June.

For patrons who have purchased tickets via Gardens by the Bay ticketing platform, please email feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg or contact them at 6420 6848 for rescheduling.

9.
I purchased an early bird ticket, can I request for a refund or postpone my visit to June?

Outdoor Gardens & Gallery Day Pass early bird ticket holders will be allowed to change their visit date till 31st May. You may do so via our website through your online account or contact us at info@chihulyinbloom.com .

10.
I would like to book a private buggy or walking tour. How will this affect my booking?

Private buggy and walking tours may continue with a total capacity of 20 pax (excluding guide and/or buggy driver) with mini group sizes of 2 each. General public tours and services such as the Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom Shuttle Service and Audio Tour remain suspended till further notice.
